I appreciated the friendly staff who quickly rebooked my room after I made an error. The room was clean, but a moisture issue in the bathroom floor was bothersome.

Had a great time staying here with my friends. The internet was speedy, and being close to lots of food options was a bonus. We enjoyed visiting a local mall and checking out a nearby park. It's a good base for exploring the area, just off the highway and 15 minutes from downtown.

The checkout process felt a bit impersonal, using a window instead of talking to staff directly.

The room needed attention—holes in the bedsheets made it uncomfortable, and only one roll of toilet paper felt insufficient for a family. Arriving later in the evening didn’t help when our rooms weren’t ready, adding to the frustration. The missing fridge and microwave are pretty glaring in today's world, making for a less convenient stay.

For dads, it would be great to have a mini-fridge and microwave in the room.

I stayed one night and the check-in was super slow, but my room was decent enough. The snack bar came in clutch when I was craving something quick. Just wish the towels were softer, kinda rough actually. Overall, it got the job done for a quick stay.

The room was spacious and clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my husband's handicap, and the location was perfect for easy access to family at OHSU.

It was just an optimal selection for a short staycation in Tigard with all in all brilliant value for money. The Wi-Fi was reliable and easy to connect, which helped my kids stay entertained. Bring your own toiletries. they provide very basic supplies.
